AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4-2, “BEVERAGES LICENSE,” ALLOWING FOR SPIRITUOUS LIQUOR MANUFACTURER’S EXPANDED ALCOHOL BEVERAGE PERMITS AND SECTIONS 3-7-2, “IMPOSITION AND RATE OF TAX,” AND 4-20-2, “ALCOHOL AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE AND APPLICATION FEES,” B.R.C. 1981, ADDING THE RELATED TAX AND FEE; AND SETTING FORTH RELATED DETAILS

No person licensed to sell malt, vinous or spirituous liquor or fermented malt beverage in the city shall fail to pay to the city manager an occupation tax upon the business of selling malt, vinous or spirituous liquors or fermented malt beverages according to the following schedule: (1)

The holder of a malt, vinous or spirituous liquor license shall pay an annual occupation tax as follows:

Section 4. This Ordinance is necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the city, and covers matters of local concern. Section 5 . The City Council deems it appropriate that this Ordinance be published by

title only and orders that copies of this Ordinance be made available in the office of the city clerk

for public inspection and acquisition.
