City Council public hearing and consideration of a motion to approve the major update to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan (continued) - Deliberations only, no public testimony was heard. Brad Mueller, Director of Planning and Development Services, Sarah Horn, City Senior Planner and Kristopher Johnson, Comprehensive Planning Senior Manager provided a presentation and answered questions from Council. Council and staff reviewed the suggested amendments made by the Boulder Planning Board, Boulder County Planning Commission, and the Boulder County Commissioners. Motion

Long-Term Financial Strategy Update: 2026 Potential Ballot Items Poll Results and Fund Our Future Engagement Results Krista Morrison, Finance Director Charlotte Huskey, Budget Officer, Scott Carpenter, Principal Budget Analyst, Stacy Polyakova, Budget Senior Analyst, and Adam Probolsky, Probolsky, Research Staff, and Micah Intermil, Gov Strategist, provided a presentation and answered questions from Council.

Council elected to move the following ballot measures forward: - $400M infrastructure bond measure - Residential Vacancy Excise Tax measure - Wildfire charter amendment measure 5.
