February 27, 2026 City of Boulder Nuria Rivera-Vandermyde, City Manager PO Box 791 Boulder, CO 80302 Re: Referral Notice for Left Hand Water District Tap Request Ms. Rivera-Vandermyde: The Left Hand Water District has received a request for single family residential water service to the following property: Address/Legal Description: 4360 N 55th Street (formerly known as 5503 Jay Rd see attached Resolution 2025-052 for Boulder County Referral SE-25-003) Boulder County Parcel Number 146315200051 The District has the ability to serve this property with a 5/8-inch water tap. The property is currently vacant. Because this property is in the City's planning area, Left Hand Water District is providing the City with an opportunity to comment on service to this tap as required in our Inter Governmental Agreement. A copy of the agreement is attached for your reference. A hearing before the District's Board on this matter is scheduled for April 16th, 2026. Please provide any comments and responses within 60 days, comments provided prior to the Board of Directors meeting would be appreciated.
