Ordinance 8716 approving amendments to the boundaries of the Lower Boulder Creek Habitat Conservation Area (HCAs) pursuant to Section 8-8-2, “Habitat Conservation Area Designation,” B.R.C. 1981, and setting forth related details for the inclusion of two open space properties—the Weiser property and a portion of the Boulder Valley Farm property—thereby amending Ordinance 7934 AND Ordinance 8717 approving amendments to the boundaries of the Southern Grasslands Habitat Conservation Area (HCAs) pursuant to Section 8-8-2, “Habitat Conservation Area Designation,” B.R.C. 1981, and setting forth related details for the inclusion of one open space property—the Depoorter II property—thereby amending Ordinance 7459, 7616, 7899, 8099 AND Ordinance 8718 approving amendments to the boundaries of the Western Mountain Parks Habitat Conservation Area (HCAs) pursuant to Section 8-8-2, “Habitat Conservation Area Designation,” B.R.C. 1981, and setting forth related details for the inclusion of two open space properties—the 90 Arapahoe and 96 Arapahoe properties—thereby amending Ordinances 7459, 7616, 7899 and 8099 H.
