RESOLUTION 164

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE CITY OF BOULDER, BOULDER MUNICIPAL PROPERTY AUTHORITY, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2026; AND SETTING FORTH RELATED DETAILS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOULDER, COLORADO, ACTING AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BOULDER MUNICIPAL PROPERTY AUTHORTIY, HEREBY FINDS AND RECITES THAT: A.

WHEREAS, the Boulder Municipal Property Authority (“BMPA”) is a nonprofit

corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the state of Colorado; and B.

WHEREAS, BMPA is a component unit of the City of Boulder, for accounting

purposes only, and as such, is required to formally adopt an annual budget; and C.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boulder, Colorado, acting as the

Board of Directors of BMPA (the “Board”), has reviewed the projected expenditures and considered all sources of revenue of BMPA for 2026; and C.

WHEREAS, certain 2026 debt service obligations of BMPA are known.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOULDER, COLORADO, ACTING AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BOULDER MUNICIPAL PROPERTY AUTHORITY, THAT: Section 1. Estimated project expenditures for fiscal year 2026 are $10,167,818. Section 2. Estimated revenues, in the form of base rental payments from city departments, and intergovernmental revenue from Boulder County available for fiscal year 2026 to fund the expenditures, is $10,168,735.

Section 3. The proposed budget as submitted and hereinabove summarized shall be adopted as the budget of BMPA for the 2026 fiscal year and appropriated into the BMPA fund. ADOPTED this 23rd day of October 2025.
