AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A DEED OF VACATION FOR A CIRCULAR (0.00007 ACRE) PORTION OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED AT 900 WALNUT STREET, AND SETTING FORTH RELATED DETAILS.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOULDER FINDS AND RECITES THAT: A. St. Julien Partners LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, the owner of the property located at 900 Walnut St., Boulder, CO, known as the St. Julien Hotel, has requested that the city vacate a circular (0.00007 acre) portion of an access easement; and B. The City Council is of the opinion that the requested vacation is in the public interest and that said portion of access easement is not necessary for the public use. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOULDER, COLORADO: Section 1. The City Council vacates and authorizes the city manager to execute a deed of

vacation for a circular (0.00007 acre) portion of an access easement dedicated to the City of

Boulder and recorded in the records of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder at Reception No.

2439906 on May 12, 2003, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached. Section 2. This ordinance is necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the city, and covers matters of local concern.

Section 3. The City Council deems it appropriate that this ordinance be published by title

only and orders that copies of this ordinance be made available in the office of the city clerk for
