Concept Plan at 2985 E. Aurora Ave. to construct additional dwelling units where there is currently a surface parking lot. The proposal includes 36 total dwelling units consisting of 2-, 3-, 4-, and 6-bedroom units and below-grade parking. Reviewed under case no. LUR2025-00038 Brad Mueller, Planning and Development Services Director, answered questions from Council.

Consideration of a Site Review Amendment and Use Review to allow the existing structure at 1836 19th Street to be used as a single-family detached dwelling unit in the RH-2 zoning district and to amend the existing PUD (P-83-64) to maintain the existing rear deck. Reviewed under case nos. LUR2022-00044, and LUR202300010 Shannon Moeller, Planning Manager, provided a presentation and answered questions from Council. Representatives from Fanas Architecture, the applicant, provided a presentation and answered questions from Council. The public hearing opened at 7:07 p.m. and the following spoke: 1.
