Input shall be collected through posting on the district website and public comment opportunities at Board meetings, and may also be collected through a taskforce and/or outreach to district groups. Draft calendars shall be presented to the Board no later than January 10. At a meeting in February, the Board shall formally adopt the proposed school calendar(s) or set a specific date for adoption for any revised calendar.
