Phase 1 Projects Status ●

Work is substantially complete at all Phase 1 projects.

Closeout packages are being prepared with general contractors.

●

Broomfield will have repairs made to a domestic water line Summer 2026.

Site work is substantially complete. Punch walks are being conducted.

Photovoltaic system scheduled to be installed late January through February 2026.

●

Site coordination will allow for solar installation to be done without interruption or risk to school activities.

●

One year projects are substantially complete, and closeout packages have begun.

●

Apex will complete phase 3 of 5 in December. The new entry and instructional space on the first floor will open January 2026.

●

Boulder HS summer 2 scheduling and activity planning is ongoing.

Monarch HS summer 2 scheduling and activity planning is ongoing.

Apex Construction - Phase 1 FIRST FLOOR RENOVATIONS On the first floor, the North wing has been renovated into a classroom suite to house the Biomedical and Criminology pathways. The area includes an open, flex space and outdoor courtyard for both crime scene and emergency scenarios.

Apex Construction - Phase 1 SECOND FLOOR RENOVATIONS The former second floor library has become a flex space and adjacent rooms will house counselors for Apex. The second floor also houses the new teacher academy. The east/west wing has been renovated and updated for Arapahoe Ridge High School.

Construction Documents (CD) are complete.

Contractors are completing pricing for contract amendments to be presented at Nov. 18 Board meeting.

School activity coordination and scheduling meetings for Summer 2026 are underway.

Staff construction preparation meetings (Bond 102) will begin Spring 2026.
