EXHIBIT A BOARD OF EDUCATION BOULDER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-2 BOULDER, COLORADO CONSENT TO USE FACSIMILE SIGNATURE I, _____________________________________, duly appointed Treasurer of the Board of Education of the Boulder Valley School District RE-2, do hereby consent to the use of my facsimile signature and grant permission to Bill Sutter, Chief Financial Officer, and to Tip-arpar Karasudhi, Director of Budget and Finance, or duly appointed designee to affix my facsimile signature to any approved warrants, orders, or checks issued in the conduct of the official fiscal business of the Boulder Valley School District RE-2, after bonding of the above employee in accordance with policy and Colorado law. This consent is given as of the 2nd day of December, 2025, and shall be in effect until further action is taken by the Board of Education.
