BOARD OF EDUCATION BOULDER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. RE-2 BOULDER, COLORADO RESOLUTION 25-31 WHEREAS, ___________________________________ has been duly appointed as Treasurer and Bill Sutter has been duly appointed as Assistant Treasurer of the Board of Education of the Boulder Valley School District RE-2 at an organization meeting of the Board held on December 2, 2025, and WHEREAS, Laura Shafer has been duly appointed as Secretary and Christine Buchholtz as Assistant Secretary of the Board of Education of the Boulder Valley School District RE-2 at an organization meeting of the Board held on December 2, 2025; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education, acting under the authority of C.R.S. §22-32-121 does hereby authorize and approve the use of a facsimile signature for ____________________________________ as Treasurer of the Board of Education of the Boulder Valley School District RE-2 under the terms of the Consent to Use Facsimile Signature (attached hereto as Exhibit A); and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Education does hereby authorize Bill Sutter, Chief Financial Officer, or duly authorized designee; and Tip-arpar Karasudhi, Director of Finance and Accounting, or duly authorized designee, to affix the facsimile signature of the Board Treasurer to warrants, orders or checks issued in the conduct of the official fiscal business of the Boulder Valley School District RE-2 and to negotiate and implement financial transactions of the District; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the administration of the School District is directed to purchase a surety bond or crime coverage in an amount prescribed by law for the Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary, and Assistant Secretary of the Board of Education of the Boulder Valley School District RE-2 as well as the School District’s Accounting Services Director. Adopted this 2nd day of December 2025.
