​DEPOSITORY OF​​FUND​S MANAGEMENT​S/AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES​ ​All monies received by the​​School​​District shall be deposited in an official bank​​or​ ​appropriate instrument that​as designated by the Board. Such financial institution​​or​ i​nstrument​​must​​qualif​ies​y​​as an eligible public depository​​or appropriate instrument​​in​ ​accordance with state​​and federal​​law.​ ​When monies are withdrawn from the custody of the County Treasurer, such withdrawn​ ​monies and all other monies belonging to the School District including monies derived​ ​from food services and school activities shall be deposited by the Treasurer of the​ ​Board or official custodian to the credit of the School District in an​​eligible public​ ​depository​​or appropriate instrument.​​designated by the Board​.​ ​Unencumbered monies shall not be transferred from one fund to another unless​ ​authorized in advance by Board resolution.​ ​The Treasurer or official custodian shall comply with all requirements of state law​ ​regarding the deposit​​and management​​of School District funds.​ ​Revenues from a tax levy for the purposes of satisfying bonded indebtedness​ ​obligations shall be administered by a commercial bank or depository trust company​ l​ocated in Colorado​​or an escrow account​​that meets the requirements​​of​set forth in​ ​state​​and federal​​law.​ ​Checks written on all School District funds authorized by the Board will require the​ ​facsimile signature of the Treasurer of the Board. The use of the facsimile signature​ ​must conform to the present state statutes.
