RESOLUTION NO. 26-22 BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education does hereby accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the Negotiated Agreement between the Boulder Valley School District RE2 and the Boulder Valley Classified Employees Association covering the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of said agreement be executed and made a part of the permanent files of the school district. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officers of the Board of Education of Boulder Valley School District RE2 be and are hereby authorized to execute these terms and conditions of employment on behalf of the Board of Education.
