AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 26-27 Add an additional bullet point under the “Implement Policy JECC-R for the 2027-2028 school year such that”: ○ Students enrolled in High Peaks or Community Montessori that choose to enroll in their assigned neighborhood school rather than attend their school in its new location, and who notify the district of that decision prior to December 1, 2026, will be enrolled directly in their assigned neighborhood school. These families will not have the priority preference to apply to another school through the open enrollment process for the 2027-2028 school year;
