AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ANNEXATION ORDINANCES 8728 AND 8729 TO ADD LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE TWO ANNEXATION AREAS OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED 915 5TH STREET; AND SETTING FORTH RELATED DETAILS.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOULDER, COLORADO FINDS: A.
On January 8, 2026, the City Council adopted Ordinance 8728 and Ordinance 8729

(collectively hereafter “Ordinances” and individually “Ordinance”) annexing to the City of

Boulder, in a series, two parcels of land, each approximately 0.48 acres in size, generally located

on the westerly portion of 915 5th Street. B.
Each Ordinance was inadvertently missing Exhibit A, in particular the metes and
bounds legal descriptions for the property annexed in each Ordinance. C.
The City wishes to amend each Ordinance to include Exhibit A, a metes and
bounds legal description of their respective annexation area. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOULDER, COLORADO:

Section 1. Ordinance 8728 is hereby amended to include as its Exhibit A the Exhibit A attached to this ordinance. Section 2. Ordinance 8729 is hereby amended to include as its Exhibit A the Exhibit B attached to this ordinance.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record the two Ordinances as amended

herein and each with an additional appendix that is this ordinance, Ordinance 8738.

Section 4. This ordinance is necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the city and covers matters of local concern. Section 5. The city council deems it appropriate that this ordinance be published by title

only and orders that copies of this ordinance be made available in the office of the city clerk for public inspection and acquisition.
