FIRE DRILLS¶ ¶
In order to teach the proper procedure for evacuating the building, each school in Boulder Valley School District is required to conduct at least one unannounced fire drill each month. No pupil is allowed to reenter the building before the proper signal has been given.¶ ¶ Principals shall keep a record of all fire drills held in their schools and shall furnish reports to the security office at the end of each school year or as may be required at other times by the Superintendent.¶ ¶ Current practice codified 1978¶ ¶ International Fire Code § 405.2¶
