Motion to adopt Resolution 1381 setting forth findings of fact and conclusions regarding the proposed annexation of approximately 43.194 acres of land generally located within the Spring Valley Estates Subdivision, including properties along Linden Drive, Cholla Court, Spring Valley Road, and Cactus Court and rights-of-way, finding that the proposed annexation meets state law requirements, that additional terms and conditions should be imposed, and directing that an election be called.
